To publish ads on the Platform, Users must pay the price set at each moment for each uploaded ad. Payment must be made using the payment methods available on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to modify the fees, with prior notice to the User.
4. Viewing Ads
Users interested in viewing the contact details of ads published on the Platform must pay the price set at each moment for this service. Access to viewing the contact details of ads is subject to the payment of this fee, which may be adjusted by the Company with prior notice.
5. Promotions and Discounts
The Company reserves the right to make promotions, discounts, or special offers on the fees established for both the uploading and viewing of ads. Such promotions will be announced on the Platform and will be subject to specific terms and conditions.
6. Content of the Ads
Users are responsible for the content of the ads they publish on the Platform. Specifically, they will be responsible for any infringement of intellectual or industrial property, honor, or the image of a third person, or any other harm that may arise from the content of the ads. The Company reserves the right to remove any ad it considers inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these Conditions.
7. Modifications and Suspensions
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the Platform or any part of it, without prior notice, including the modification, suspension, or deletion of ads or users.
8. Liabilities
The Company will not be responsible for any damage, loss, lost profits or harm arising from the use of the Platform. Users use the Platform at their own risk.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Spain. Any dispute arising from these Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madrid.
